Wyoming, MI – The Grace JV men's basketball team jumped out to a significant lead Monday night against the Lake Superior State University Lakers, building a 56-24 halftime lead and ultimately coming away with a 98-68 win.
The Tigers dominated in every facet of the game, out-rebounding the Lakers 70-35 and dishing out 27 assists compared to 11 from Lake State.
Gerard Oray stuffed the stat sheet, recording a triple-double with 11 points, 10 rebounds, and 12 assists. The 12 assists breaks his own JV record set last season of 11.
Chris Smith had the first double-double of his career, dominating the glass with 15 rebounds to go along with 10 points.
Lawrence Clay also recorded a double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds.

Deondra McDonald both pitched in 14 points in limited minutes, as Head Coach
Ryan Krombeen was able to give his starters some solid rest for a big match-up tonight.
Grace, now 7-4 on the year, will travel to Holland, MI to play against Hope College. looking to avenge a loss to the Flying Dutchmen on the game that took place on November 9
th. They will finish a big week on Thursday night at Calvin College.
