Grand Rapids, MI - The Tigers JV Basketball team competed in the annual Cougar Classic over the weekend hosted by Kuyper College. 

First up for Grace was a match up against Kuyper College. The Tigers fell to the Cougars 63-82 on Friday morning. Julian Hardy closed out his freshman season with a 24 point, 10 rebound double double. Kaleb Thompson added 11 points.

Grace's second match up was against Cornerstone University on Saturday morning. The Tigers topped the Golden Eagles 97-80. Hardy once again led the Tigers with 22 points and 8 rebounds. Trenton Rembert chipped in 15 points, while Paul Ritter finished with 13. 

The JV team closed out their season with a 12-16 overall record.
