Game Recap: Women's Volleyball |

Grace Volleyball wins Morton College Invitational

Cicero, IL – The Grace volleyball team started their weekend with a tough 3-1 setback to Calumet College of St. Joseph, but rebounded in a big way on Saturday.  The Tigers went on to sweep the Morton College Tournament, going 3-0 en route to a tournament championship.  Junior Emma Summerfield was named Tournament MVP, while freshman Ashley Hoek received All-Tournament Team honors.  Things would not come easy for Grace, as they turned in some clutch play in the 5th set to finish on the winning end of a roller coaster championship game against Kankakee Community College.

The Tigers now sit at 14-8 headed into three matches this weekend up north in Hancock, MI.
