Wyoming, MI - The Knights of Calvin College prevailed on their home floor by 14 over the Grace Christian University men's basketball team Thursday night.
Though the game was competitive throughout and the Tigers remained in striking distance for the majority of the game, they simply could not find their groove on the offensive end, shooting 39% on their field goals compared to Calvin's 50%. Junior
Austin Jackson played well, scoring 21 points on 9-13 shooting from the field. Fellow junior
Brandon Winchester-Jones added 17 points and a team-high 4 assists.
The Tigers are right back at it tonight, facing NCCAA Mideast rival Johnson University-Tennessee in their home gym at 7:00 pm.
