Wyoming, MI - The Tigers were able to get back in the winning column on Thursday night in their first home game of the season against the Saints from Aquinas College. The Tigers were able to control the lead for the majority of the game. The Tigers' defense was solid throughout the game, as they were able to hold the opponent to only 54 points. The Tigers' stifling defense was able to help cause 27 turnovers by the Saints. This was a bit of a grind-it-out game for the Tigers, but they showed their resiliency and will-to-win throughout the game.
