Kissimmee, FL – The Grace Christian University women's soccer team finished their 2019 campaign as the NCCAA DII National Runner-Up, after falling to Bob Jones University 3-0 in the final Saturday afternoon.

After 15 minutes of scoreless play, the #1 seeded Bruins struck first.  Momentum would temporarily shift when Grace All-American Maddie Brown drew a foul in the box for an awarded penalty kick, but the Bruins' keeper made a spectacular save to keep their 1-0 lead.  The Bruins put two more on the scoreboard before the end of the half, which would ultimately be the final tally as the second half went scoreless on both sides.

The Tigers finish the 2019 season 12-8, finishing as a top-3 team in the NCCAA for the fourth straight season. 

Maddie Brown, Brandy Weaver, Regan Befus, and Amiah Lake were all named to the 2019 All-Tournament team for their outstanding play throughout the weekend.
