Wyoming, MI - A beautiful goal by sophomore
Jennie Sue Pilieci on a pass from senior
Maddie Brown late in the game Saturday evening was a little too late, as the Holy Cross College Saints went away from Velting Field with a 5-1 victory over the shorthanded Grace Christian University Tigers, playing without standout senior
Alicia Contreras for a portion of the game and senior
Brandy Weaver for the game in its entirety.
The Saints found the back of the net twice in the first half, but were able to blow open a 5-0 lead 20 minutes in to the final period before Pilieci's game-capping goal. Junior
Regan Befus did all she could for the Tigers, with 9 saves including two goal-saving diving saves throughout the game.
Grace returns to their home pitch Friday at 12:00 pm against the University of Pikeville (KY).
