Mount Hope, WV – The Grace men's basketball team started another long road trip with a victory this weekend, defeated Appalachian Bible College 97-66 on Saturday afternoon. The 31-point margin is the largest for the Tigers this season, as they would lead from start to finish and Head Coach
Gary Bailey was able to give all 12 players at least 13 minutes of playing time.
Kellum Bridgeforth continued his hot streak with 14 points on 6-9 shooting, while dishing out a staggering 14 assists in only 22 minutes of play – a career high and the most assists recorded by a Tiger since the 2005-06 season.
Chandler Rivers scored a team-high 18 points.
Grace returns to the hardcourt Monday night at Shawnee State University for an exhibition game, and then they will make way to Nashville, TN for back-to-back games against regional opponent Welch College on Thursday and Friday.
