Wyoming, MI - The final volleyball game at the Aldrich Athletic Center this fall was closed out in fashion by the Grace Christian University Tigers, topping regional opponent Appalachian Bible College in three straight sets on Senior Day.

Seniors Megan Postma and Dana duChemin were honored before their last home game, and the Tigers were ready to go right from the start thereafter, sprinting out to a quick 6-0 lead in the first set. The Warriors of Appalachian battled back in the first set but the Tigers held on to win 25-19. They went on to win the second and third set by scores of 25-17 and 25-11, securing a 3-0 victory to kick off what was also Homecoming Saturday at Grace.

Megan Postma led the Tigers with 11 kills and 2 blocks. Dana duChemin added 22 assists and 4 aces. Morgan Morgan had 5 kills and a team-high 6 aces. Ella Brown recorded 3 blocks.

An hour of fun would ensue after the game as the alumni game took place.

The Tigers, now 7-11 on the season, head to Kentucky this weekend for matches against Alice Lloyd College and Boyce College on Friday the 22^nd.
