Wyoming, MI – The Grace Christian University men's soccer team continues to roll, winning their fourth straight game over an improved Great Lakes Christian College by a score of 6-0.
Zak TerMeer started things off for the Tigers going 2-2 on penalty kicks in the first 15 minutes, and later on in the first half they would catch fire offensively, scoring three more quality goals to go up 5-0 after 45 minutes of play – one from freshman
Ryan Cronkright and two from
Johann Vega.
Jorge Luis Saldanas-Veliz would score the lone goal in the second half.
Luis Vicario recorded the shutout for the Tigers, including a spectacular body-shifting save in the first half to keep the game scoreless.
The win moves the NCCAA #7 Tigers to 7-4 on the season heading into a huge match-up with NCCAA #10 Boyce College Friday afternoon at 4:30 pm at Velting Field.
