Wyoming, MI – A surge in the second half lifted the Grace JV men's basketball team to a win over Northwood University Monday evening, with the Tigers scoring 56 second half points and to defeat the Timberwolves 87-77.
A second half stretch that saw Grace outscore their opponent 24-2 midway through the final period would be the difference maker, as they quickly erased an 8-point deficit and created a double-digit lead of their own. The Tigers used a balanced scoring attack, with
Adam Rearick leading five players in double-figures with 16 points to go along with a team-high 8 rebounds.
Elisha Moore dished out 10 assists.
The Tigers, now 6-4 on the season, return to the court next Tuesday against Jackson College at the Aldrich Athletic Center, tipping off at 6:00 pm.
