Lansing, MI – A huge second half for the Grace Christian University women's basketball team propelled them to a 74-50 win over regional opponent Great Lakes Christian College on the road Wednesday evening.
The score was knotted at 32-32 at the halftime break, but the Tigers outscored the Crusaders 24-8 in the third period and continued their run into the fourth to secure the 24-point win. They move to 9-7 on the year and 7-3 in the NCCAA DII.

Ashlyn Wilkes led the Tigers with 17 points, followed by
Ashley Hoek who was a perfect 6-6 from the floor and finished with 14 points.
Zyan Tatum had a career-high 12 points and 8 rebounds.
Next up for the Tigers is another big regional match-up with Campbellsville University-Harrodsburg at 5:00 at the Aldrich Athletic Center. It will be their first action on their home floor since a win on December 28
th over Cornerstone University.
