Wyoming, MI – The 6th ranked Simmons College (KY) Falcons women's basketball team came to town for a NCCAA DII matchup where the Tigers were coming off of a dominating performance in their game prior. The two teams took the court and played an even matchup through the first quarter of play where the tigers led 21-20. As the game progressed, the Tigers slipped further and further away any chance at the lead as the Falcons flew past them. The final result would end with the Tigers dropping the game to the Falcons 95-66.
The Tigers were led by seniors
Emily Libey and
Jada Reese with 18 and 15 points respectively. Two more lady Tigers were able to reach double digit scoring as
Ashlyn Wilkes and
MaKensie Mondy put up 13 and 10 points respectively.
