Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 Grand Rapids, MI - The Tigers battled two junior colleges this week, at Lake Michigan College on Tuesday and Grand Rapids Community College on Wednesday night. 

Grace went into the match with Lake Michigan undefeated on the season after a blazing start in their opening weekend, but came up empty against the Red Hawks losing by a score of 0-3. The Tigers struggled to gain any momentum, dropping the sets 13-25, 15-25, and 19-25. 

Hoping for a better result Wednesday, Grace traveled down the road to GRCC for their second match in two days. The Tigers would give the Raiders a run for their money, winning the second set and forcing the third set to extra points. However, Grace would eventually fall 1-3 with set scores of 22-25, 25-22, 24-26, 12-25. 

Grace will get the weekend off before facing rival Great Lakes Christian College next Tuesday, the 12th at the Aldrich Athletic Center.
