Wyoming, MI – The Tigers fell in three straight sets to Kalamazoo Valley Community College Wednesday evening at the Aldrich Athletic Center. The first two sets were neck-and-neck, but the Tigers could not get over the hump, falling 25-21 and 28-26. Grace would run out of steam in the third set, dropping 25-19.
"We have worked hard on honing the tangible skills it takes to win and will continue to seek the development of the intangibles," commented Grace Head Coach Becky Karsten. "Clearer communication, trusting ourselves and our teammates, along with striving to perform as one team will help us setup a successful second half our our season."
The Tigers move back to 6-6 on the year headed into a weekend in Manitowac, WI, where they face Silver Lake College at 10:00 am (cst) and Maranatha Baptist University at 12:00 pm (cst) on Saturday.
