Wyoming, MI – The Grace women's soccer team needed overtime again to find a result Thursday evening against Rochester College (NAIA).  After 110 minutes of competition, the game would end in a 2-2 tie.
 
Sophomore Brandy Weaver and senior Elenrae Befus would both find the back of the net for the Tiger goals.  Sophomore keeper Regan Befus had 12 saves.
 
The Tigers had their fair share of chances, totaling 19 shots in the 2^nd period and overtime and 27 on the game compared to Rochester's 20.
 
"Another hot night and another close game. I thought we played pretty well and we had several chances to put the game away but just couldn't find that 3rd goal," commented Head Coach Scott Teesdale.  "Rochester has a lot of speed that caused problems for us but we stayed organized in the defense for most of the night. I think we're slowly getting better in all phases of the game and we'll pull it all together and we're looking forward to 3 matches at home next week."
 
Grace starts their three game homestand next week Tuesday against Andrews University at 5:00 pm.
