Kissimmee, FL – The Grace Christian women's basketball team split their games on Friday and Saturday to finish off their trip to the Sunshine state, defeating host Johnson University Florida on Friday and falling to Villa Maria University on Saturday afternoon.

Freshman Bre Harris was awarded All-Tournament Team honors after three strong games.

"Our women took another step forward this week," commented Head Coach CB Long.  "The energy and effort was there.  We now need to learn how to execute at that level.  I was very proud of everyone.  It was an awesome trip and very much appreciated."

The Tigers, now 9-13 on the year, return to action this upcoming Friday and Saturday, as they hit the road for a couple games in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area.
