Saginaw Valley, MI – The Tigers hung with NCAA DII Saginaw Valley State University for the first 10 minutes of the game Wednesday night, but could not get anything going in the final 30 to give themselves a chance at their second NCAA DII victory in school history.
Adam Kregel was the only Grace player in double figures with 10 points. Head Coach Gary Bailey was able to play a handful of guys some quality minutes in the second half to gain experience against a very talented Cardinals squad.
After a couple busy weeks, the Tigers now have a week and a half away from competition before traveling to Berrien Springs, MI on November 25 to face Andrews University. They are also just a few weeks away from a National Championship re-match with Great Lakes Christian College at Little Caesar's Arena in Detroit (get your tickets today from kclassen@gracechristian.edu, which include Detroit Pistons vs. Milwaukee Bucks access later on in the night).
