Coach
Ryan Krombeen seemed very pleased with his team's big win from Thursday:
"I couldn't be more proud of these guys. We faced a lot of adversity lately, and they all stepped up to the plate tonight. Dre and Gerard were aggressive offensively all night. Noah knocked down big shot after big shot, Ace did a little bit of everything out there for us. Craig fought through a separated shoulder and still played a big role for us. We got in foul trouble in the first half, but Cory, Benjie, Lawrence and Chris all gave us more huge minutes in bigger roles than they've played all season. Cornerstone is a veteran team, especially for the JV level, but we came in and played 40 strong minutes."
This win improved the Tigers record to 6-4 on the season. The Tigers return to action at home at 5:00 on Monday, December 2nd, where they take on Lake Superior State University.
