Gallatin, TN – The Grace men's basketball team closed out their Tennessee trip with a road win over Welch College Saturday evening, defeating the Flames 77-66.
The Tigers held a two-point advantage at the half, but they were able to quickly extend their lead to double-digits in the second half and never looked back, extending it to as many as 20 points at 74-54.
Kellum Bridgeforth shot 9-13 from the floor and had a team-high in points, rebounds, and assists, with 22, 7, and 7.
Cole Powell followed with 7-10 shooting and 15 points.
Zac Yorke rounded out the Tigers in double figures scoring with 10.
The Tigers are now 11-9 on the season heading into a match-up with Andrews University on Tuesday night at 7:30 pm at the Aldrich Athletic Center.
