Grace adds National Award-Winning Goalkeeper to Class of ‘25

Wyoming, MI - Grace Women's Soccer is thrilled to announce their latest signing! Kenna Hill of the Hudsonville Hornets signed for the Tigers on March 20th. Kenna, a goalkeeper, is from Hudsonville, MI and plays her high school soccer for the Hudsonville Hornets while also having some club experience with AYSO United. Kenna is another strong addition to the current recruiting class and will look to make an immediate impact.

Kenna is the daughter of Joe and Kristi Hill and the sister to Ethan, Kinsley, and Jace. Kenna is in her second year as a varsity player and plays for Coach Joel Kallman. The Hornets have done well for themselves over the last two years at the Homeschool National Tournament, placing top 10 in 2023 and 2024. In 2024 Kenna was named as the competition's top goalkeeper. Kenna is also a two-time State Champion in basketball.

Kenna will wear #00 for the Tigers. On why she chose Grace: "I feel comfortable in a smaller educational environment. I feel I can get the best Christian education and stay closer to home. I wanted to play soccer to help build this program into a national powerhouse. I feel I can leave a positive legacy to this program, with my work ethic and desire to excel in soccer and the classroom."

Coach Wilson on Kenna's addition to the class: "Incredibly excited to add Kenna to our class. She is a high IQ goalkeeper and a great shot blocker. On top of that, she wants to go somewhere she can leave a legacy. With her abilities and her competitive drive, I believe she can achieve that here at Grace. I look forward to seeing her on the field next fall and to what she can accomplish over the next four years!"
