Watertown, WI - Following a 1-1 tie with Andrews University at home. Women's soccer went on the road to Watertown, WI to take on the Maranatha Baptist University Sabercats. The Tigers have been battling some injuries as of late but the team has been determined and committed to competing to the best of their ability each and every opportunity they have.
This one turned out to be a solid defensive showing from the Tigers. Kenna Hill would come up with several key saves in the first half to keep the game knotted a 0-0 heading into the locker room at the break.
The second half proved to be more of the same with the Sabercats keeping on the offensive attack but the Tigers would not give in and Hill would continue to make solid saves.
Hill would finish the game with 16 total saves and not surrender a game. The Tigers were unable to generate much offensive pressure getting two shots on goal coming away empty handed with neither team being able to gain the advantage ending the game in a hard fought 0-0 tie.
