Wyoming, MI – The Grace Lady Tigers fell to a very solid NAIA DII team in University of Michigan-Dearborn Friday night in their home opener, 72-41.

The Tigers did not allow the Wolverines to pull away for the first 25 minutes, as they kept the game within 12 points, but ultimately the final 15 minutes of the game UMD was able to pull away for the 30-point win.

Freshman Baylee Draper had 18 points and 17 rebounds to lead the Tigers, also adding 3 blocks on the defensive end.  Junior point guard McKenzie McCord added a team-high 8 assists.

The Tigers are back in action Saturday afternoon at home at 1:00 pm vs. Calumet College of St. Joseph.  The game will be available live, HERE.
