Berrien Springs, MI - Women's basketball went on the road to take on the Cardinals of Andrews University. Tigers went into this game down their starting PG and are looking for others to step up through the remainder of the season. 

The Tigers came out really aggressive from the opening tip quickly applying pressure and that leading to a solid offensive effort. The Tigers closed the first quarter with a 21-6 lead and kept pouring it on in the second quarter heading into the locker room up 45-14. 

With the lead the Tigers were able to cruise through the second half continuing to play well and going on to win 73-41. Tigers were led by Sierra Fonseca and Ella Dawson who each tallied 20 point, 10 rebound double-doubles. The Tigers also shot an impressive 85% from the free throw line. 

The Tigers will now head to Dubuque, Iowa to take on Emmaus Bible College on Saturday, January 31 at 1 PM.
