Wyoming, MI - The Grace women's basketball team held a 50-39 lead in the third period of Saturday's game against Silver Lake College, but a late surge from the Lakers resulted in a 72-69 setback for the Tigers.

Freshman Miranda Carlson finished with 23 points, followed by junior McKenzie McCord who finished with 20 after helping her team get started with 16 points in the first half.

The Lady Tigers return to the court Tuesday night at 5:00 pm at home to face NCAA DII Lake Superior State University.
