Wyoming, MI – The Lady Tigers defeated NCAA DIII Mount Mary University Saturday afternoon for their third straight win, and their sixth out of the last seven games.  A solid half would turn out in a 17 point advantage for the Tigers as they entered the halftime break with a 42-25 lead.  The Blue Angels would make a push in the second half but the Tigers had an answer for every run, finishing with the 68-53 victory.

Senior Kitty Yanik had 14 points, including four three-point shots and 5-7 shooting overall.  Freshmen Miranda Carlson and Baylee Draper added 17 and 12 points, respectively.  Draper added 19 rebounds to complete the double-double.  Junior McKenzie McCord and sophomore Jewel Ro both had 8 assists from the guard spot.

The Lady Tigers move to 9-8 on the season headed into a match-up with Great Lakes Christian College at 5:00 pm Tuesday night at the Aldrich Athletic Center.
