Lincoln, IL – The Grace women's basketball team squeaked out a road win in Illinois Saturday afternoon, defeating the Lincoln Christian University Red Lions, 48-47.  The win marked the fifth straight for the Lady Tigers.

A great defensive effort propelled the Tigers to the victory on a rough night of shooting from the field.  Junior guard McKenzie McCord led the Tigers with 16 points on the day. 

Grace moves to 11-8 on the season, and 2-2 against NAIA DII schools.  They will travel to Chicago, Illinois on Tuesday to face the Illinois Tech Scarlet Hawks at 5:00 pm.
