Ann Arbor, MI - The Grace Tigers men's and women's tennis teams traveled to Chippewa Tennis Club on the east side of the state to face NAIA and NCCAA DI Concordia University-Ann Arbor Friday afternoon. At multiple different flights, wins were well within reach for the Tigers, but they would ultimately fall 9-0 in both matches.
Sophomore
Maddie Brown and
Elenrae Befus competed well at the #2 doubles flight, but their comeback effort fell short in an 8-4 loss. Freshman
Mikyala Reynolds finished strong on the women's side, pushing her second set to 7-5 against a very talented opponent at #1 singles. On the men's side,
Joe Dekkenga jumped out to a 3-0 lead at #3 singles but would fall in a heartbreaker 7-6, 6-3. At #1 doubles, Dekkenga and
