MALE: BRYCE HOEKER / MEN'S TENNIS
Bryce Hoeker has been named March's male Mindset Student-Athlete of the Month. Hoeker, a first year player on the Grace men's tennis squad, has seen some extremely tough competition at the 2
nd singles and 1
st doubles flights for the Tigers and has held his own while representing Grace well in his effort and actions. Off the court, Bryce has led team devotionals and has been very active on Sunday's serving in three local Churches on their worship and tech teams.
"To say the least, Bryce has been a joy to have on the team this season," said Head Coach
Cory Jamieson. "He is a great example of the Philippians 2 mindset, as he has a heart that is willing to serve and he is encouraging others and being a great teammate on a daily basis."

FEMALE: DANA DUCHEMINÂ / WOMEN'S VOLLEYBALL
Dana duChemin has been named March's female Mindset Student-Athlete of the Month. Though they are not currently in season, Dana has been an excellent leader for the Grace women's volleyball program in their preparation for the fall of 2021, and her Head Coach
Kerri Shultz raves about Dana's team-first approach to the offseason.
"Dana really enjoys encouraging others with specific things they are working on," said Head Coach
Kerri Shultz. "She takes notice when they get something right and it's awesome to see since she wouldn't have to pay attention to those things. It shows that she is thinking of others more than herself, and it benefits the team."
