Tigers Volleyball Set For A Strong 2026 Season

The Tigers finished 12-13 overall and 7-6 in NCCAA play a season ago, advancing to the Midwest Regional Championship match before falling to Emmaus after opening the tournament with a victory over Moody Bible. Along the way, Grace established itself as one of the conference's most competitive teams, averaging 8.69 kills, 7.66 assists, 14.68 digs, and 1.91 service aces per set while posting a .146 team hitting percentage.

That experience provides a strong foundation as the Tigers prepare for another demanding schedule that features regional rivals, longtime conference opponents, and several early opportunities to test themselves against quality competition.

The season opens on Aug. 13 with a road scrimmage to Lake Michigan College before the Tigers host Emmaus University in a rematch of last season's Midwest Regional Championship on Aug. 28.

September presents one of the busiest stretches of the season. Grace has home and away matchups with both Kalamazoo Valley CC and Glen Oaks CC, as well as opening up play versus regional opponents with Great Lakes, Kuyper, and Moody Bible.

October opens with a long road trip to Louisville, KY to face Boyce College before continuing on to Gallatin, TN to take on Pensacola Christian and Welch College, all three strong opponents. Upon returning home, the Tigers will face another slew of regional opponents as well as more local competition.

The regular season wraps up in late October with road matches at Andrews and Montcalm CC before Grace travels to Emmaus College for another run in the Midwest Regional Tournament. Grace will look to turn last year's regional runner-up finish into an even deeper postseason run this fall, making a return to the national tournament like they did in 2024.
