Tigers advance to NCCAA Championship as Brown breaks school record

Greenville, SC – A second half surge from the Grace Christian University women's soccer team broke a 2-2 tie wide open against #2 seeded Providence University College, ultimately lifting them to a 5-2 win and a spot in tomorrow afternoon's NCCAA DII National Championship game!

Junior Maddie Brown had a memorable game, recording a hat-trick with 3 goals and surpassing Debbie Pekel as Grace's all-time career goals leader.  Senior Alex Tolar-Key scored a goal on a free-kick in the first half, and junior Brandy Weaver contributed the fifth goal for the Tigers while also recording two assists.

The Tigers face #1 seed Bob Jones University in the Championship game tomorrow under the lights at 7:30 pm.
