Box Score Winona Lake, IN - The Grace Christian University Tigers matched up with Campbellsville University-Harrodsburg on a neutral court at Grace College (IN) Friday afternoon, facing the #3 nationally ranked Pioneers for the second time this year.
 
The Tigers would struggle to get shots to fall in the first half, resulting in a 44-28 advantage for the Pioneers at the halftime break. The Pioneers would extend their lead at the beginning of the second half to as many as 26. It looked like a different Grace Christian team in the final 5 minutes of the game, as they ignited a spark to trim their deficit all the way to single digits with 1:30 remaining, but it proved to be a little too late as they ran out of time and fell 84-71.
 
Junior Kellum Bridgeforth led the Tigers with 27 points (10-15 FG) and 7 rebounds. Freshman Emone Roberson followed with 10 points in his season debut for the Tigers. Twelve Tigers made it into the box score with at least 8 minutes each.
 
Another active week lies ahead for Grace, as they are exploring a different location in the state of Indiana for next week's match-up with rival Great Lakes Christian College before taking off on another road trip for a game against Appalachian Bible in West Virginia next weekend.
