WATCH LIVE

It's regional tournament week for the Grace men's and women's basketball programs!

The Grace men carry the #4 seed into the 2021 tournament, facing the #5 seeded host school Boyce College in the quarterfinal on Thursday night at 7:00 pm. If they are able to pull out the win, they advance to Friday night's semifinal game at 8:00 pm against #1 seed Johnson University-Tennessee.

The women have solidified the #1 seed and have recently received a bye to Saturday's Championship game with the withdrawal of one of the four teams due to COVID protocol. The 2021 Regional Championship is at 12:30 pm on Saturday afternoon, and the Tigers will face the winner of the semifinal match-up between Welch College and Campbellsville University-Harrodsburg. The Tigers also enter into the tournament as the #4 ranked team in the nation in the NCCAA DII.

All-Region award winners have also been announced, with men's basketball's Kellum Bridgeforth and Kierson Watts receiving 1st-Team and Honorable Mention, respectively. For the women, Bre VanVleet received the Player of the Year award and Megan George joined her on the 1st-Team. Emily Libey and Ashley Hoek both received 2nd-Team honors.
