The Grace men's basketball team will kick off their season this Friday at Purdue Northwest University in Hammond, Indiana.  They will take on Holy Cross College (IN) at 6:00 pm (CT) in the first round of a weekend classic that has them playing the host, Purdue Northwest, at 6:00 pm (CT) on Saturday.

The Tigers look to start off their season strong, returning three starters, including All-American senior guard Jared Bradford.  This will be their first time playing both of the Indiana schools, although they did defeat Purdue-Calumet last season 99-82, which with the recent merging of Purdue-North Central makes up the current Purdue Northwest team.  They are both current NAIA DII schools, with Northwest soon to move up to NCAA DII in the 2017-18 season.
