Lansing, MI – The Lady Tigers received a huge lift from two freshman Tuesday night in a 68-60 win over regional opponent Great Lakes Christian College on the road.  Ashley Glass and Brianna Lovegrove scored 18 and 14 points to provide the spark Grace needed to come away with the victory.

"Things were not going well early on, but two freshman stepped in and got things going," commented Head Coach Rich Renzema.  "Ashley and Brianna came off the bench and played like veterans."

Lovegrove also pulled down 6 rebound for the Lady Tigers.

Now the #2 ranked team in the NCCAA DII, Grace improves to 10-14 on the year.  They are headed into a very tough road match-up Thursday night in Watertown, WI, against Maranatha Baptist University, looking to avenge a 12-point loss just a few weeks ago against the Sabercats.
